Doctor of Law (JUDr.) Gevorg Ayrumyan, PhD

Founder & Chief Lawyer

Founder and attorney at IN FORO – AYRUMYAN Law Office s.r.o.; one of the few lawyers in Slovakia providing legal services not only in Slovak, but also in Russian, Armenian, Bulgarian, and English.

Legal education: Pan‑European University (Bratislava), Faculty of Law (Class of 2016).

Calm on the outside, with an analytical, structured mindset on the inside – facts, emotions, and negotiation scenarios are organized clearly and thought through in advance. Situations are assessed quickly, but never impulsively; decisions are balanced, and every step has a rationale. Results come without pressure – through composure, a smile, and a sense of elegance.

Practice areas include civil, commercial, and administrative law. A crisis is seen as an opportunity, and any situation is neutral by nature – value comes from the meaning we assign to it. The real teacher is not success but failure, because it drives new approaches, growth, and more conscious action.

Legal and entrepreneurial experience come together in building new business models and solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.

Founder & Chief Business Advisor

Hello, friends!

My name is Ramil Kunakbaev. I’ve been living in Slovakia since 2016. The move was largely spontaneous, so when I arrived I had no local network or connections. That’s why I started hosting regular entrepreneur meetups in Bratislava – a space where people could meet, exchange experience, grow projects, and find partners. Over more than three years, these events became a steady hub for the Russian-speaking business community. They also led to a Facebook group which today is arguably the most in-demand Russian-speaking business community in Slovakia, where entrepreneurs share practical information, exchange insights, and support one another in everyday business matters.

In recent years in Slovakia, I have advised entrepreneurs on legalization, relocation, and business development. Overall, my professional path has been shaped by management and the key building blocks of companies – business operations, financial management, and growth strategy. Across different organizations, I spent many years leading finance, economic, and strategy functions, helping CEOs and business owners design and successfully implement sustainable growth strategies. I’ve also built and worked on many personal projects with partners, focusing on development and financial resilience.

I’m deeply aligned with the philosophy of conscious, values-driven entrepreneurship. In recent years, I’ve been exploring approaches to building business on a spiritual foundation and using it as a tool for serving society. This idea became the basis for Lawvia – a project focused on legal support for foreigners. We provide both one-off consultations and comprehensive services for doing business in Slovakia.

My education includes several higher-education qualifications: a degree in finance, a professional diploma in management from The Open University (UK), many courses in strategy and business psychology, and certificates from several schools. I’m also one of the leaders of the ARTHA business club, and I take part in a working group developing practical business tools based on asymmetric dialectics within the ND School alumni community.

About Us

Lawvia is a legal support service for foreigners in Slovakia.

We help people feel confident in a new country—in everyday life, paperwork, legal questions, and communication with public authorities.

Moving often takes away the familiar ground beneath your feet. The “background” you used to rely on disappears—language, news, and even unwritten everyday rules. In a new environment, it’s easy to realize you don’t really know how things work here: what’s truly required and what’s just a formality; where the rules are strict and where they’re flexible.

Real-life examples:

  • A yearly gym membership turns out to be a binding commitment with automatic renewal.
  • Insurance works by unfamiliar principles.
  • Even the rules at a pedestrian crossing can differ from what you’re used to.

These may seem like small things, but they shape a basic sense of safety—and that’s often what’s missing most.

Lawvia was created to give you that sense of support back.

Our approach

We build our work around three principles:

  1. Building a reliable foundation
So you know there are professionals nearby who can help you figure things out. No need to google conflicting advice or navigate uncertainty alone—just ask, clarify, and get a qualified answer. Access to licensed attorneys means you can feel confident in any situation.
  2. Acting with care
This isn’t a “paperwork-only” service—it’s real human support. Communication stays warm, calm, and respectful, especially when you’re face-to-face with unfamiliar bureaucracy.
  3. Translating legal into human
Legal language is hard even at home; in a foreign language it becomes a barrier. We act as your interpreter: we speak simply and clearly, explain what’s happening, outline your options, highlight hidden risks, and help you choose the next step.

How we work

We offer flexible solutions for different needs:

  • One-off services
Solving specific, targeted tasks: company registration, reviewing a single contract, or a consultation to clear up uncertainty in a concrete situation.
  • Subscription
Long-term support—your “lawyer in your pocket.” Ongoing protection for you, your family, and your business:
    - For individuals and families: everyday legal questions, visas and residence permits, employment disputes, real estate matters, and consumer rights protection.
    - For businesses: company registration and changes, employment contracts, GDPR, counterparty checks, and day-to-day legal clarity for entrepreneurs.

The idea is simple:

  • Helping you live and work in Slovakia with confidence.
  • Understanding the rules.
  • Making well-informed decisions.
  • Feeling a reliable shoulder by your side.
