You have already submitted your documents. A few weeks pass, then a few more, and there is still no clarity: is your case moving forward, what does the letter from the Foreign Police mean, and do you need to do anything right now?

Guardian Shield is a service for those who want clear legal support after submission. It does not remove the waiting period itself, but it gives you an official communication channel through an attorney and more clarity throughout the review stage.

How it works

After activation, we prepare a power of attorney with your details and explain the next steps. You only need to complete one action: certify your signature with a notary and submit the document to the relevant authority according to the instructions.

Once the power of attorney is submitted, official correspondence related to your case is sent to the attorney. When a letter arrives, you receive a scan and a clear explanation of what it is, whether any action is required, and what steps may be needed next.

If your case is taking longer than usual, the attorney can send an official request and help clarify the current status. All communication with the Foreign Police goes through an official channel, so important notices do not get lost or remain unanswered.
