Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or trial period before purchase. This cancellation policy describes how you can modify or cancel such purchases.
Subscription
When purchasing a subscription, you will receive recurring order deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you have selected.
Your payment information will be securely stored. If you do not pay for the subscription in advance, you will be charged for each delivery.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew upon expiration. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. Follow the link to manage your subscription.

Pre-Order
When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or is coming soon but has not yet been released. We may not charge or may charge partial payment when placing the order, store your payment method, and then fulfill the order and charge the full or remaining amount in the future.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. To learn more about our product or refund policies, please review our returns policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase an item with a trial period available, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If you have not returned the item after the specified period, we will charge your account for the full cost of the item.
