A registered office address (sídlo) in Bratislava for your s.r.o. or sole trader business (živnosť). Our partners provide it together with the property owner's consent (súhlas vlastníka nehnuteľnosti) that the register requires.

It suits you if you are setting up an s.r.o. or a sole trader business, or moving the address of an existing one.

What the package includes

How it works

1. Subscribe.
2. A Lawvia specialist gets in touch with you and collects the details of your company or sole trader business.
3. You receive the address and the owner's consent. The consent is valid for 90 days, and the address must be entered in the register within that time: the Commercial Register (obchodný register) for an s.r.o., or the Trade Register (živnostenský register) for a sole trader.

For an s.r.o., the address can be entered in the register as part of s.r.o. company formation, or for an existing company through s.r.o. company changes. If you are a sole trader, write to us and we will tell you how to enter the address in the Trade Register.

Price and format

€99 a year for an s.r.o. or a sole trader. The subscription renews automatically every year. You can turn off renewal at any time before the next payment: the address stays valid until the end of the paid year, after which it needs to be changed in the register.

Anything beyond it, such as extra scans or collecting letters and parcels from the post office under a power of attorney, is charged separately under our partners' price list.

Everything is online and in English. You can also communicate in Slovak or Russian.
