Official Slovak criminal record certificate (Výpis z registra trestov) delivered without a trip to Slovakia

Do you need a Slovak certificate of no criminal record for a visa, residence permit, employment, or citizenship application in another country, but you're outside Slovakia?

We arrange the official request through a licensed Slovak attorney, handle the apostille, and — if needed — a certified translation into the language you require, then send you the original with tracked delivery.

You don't need to travel to Slovakia.

What we need from you

For remote processing, we'll need two documents from you:

1. Power of attorney: a legalized original.
   After payment, we'll send you a pre-filled template. Your signature on the power of attorney must be certified either at a Slovak consulate or by a notary with an apostille.
2. Notarized copy of your birth certificate with a Slovak translation.
   The copy and translation must be certified at a Slovak consulate or by a notary with an apostille. You don't need to send the original certificate.

How it works

1. Order and payment.
   Choose any additional options you need and pay for your order.
2. Prepare and send your documents.
   We'll send you a power of attorney template and instructions. You certify the power of attorney and the birth certificate copy (see above) and send them to us — we recommend tracked shipping. We'll confirm receipt right away.
3. Requesting the certificate and apostille.
   Our attorney submits the request, certifies the certificate, and arranges the apostille — this takes about a week. For more on the procedure, see our article.
4. Delivery.
   If you ordered a translation, we'll prepare it before shipping, then send the completed document to your address with tracked delivery.
