Official correspondence from the Foreign Police (cudzinecká polícia) about your case goes to an English-speaking partner attorney, and you receive a scan of every letter with a clear explanation: what arrived and whether you need to do anything.

What is included

• a power of attorney with your details and detailed instructions;
• 12 months of monitoring of correspondence about your case;
• a scan of every letter with a short explanation;
• an official status request (nahliadnutie do spisu) if the proceedings take longer than usual;
• the option to extend support if needed.

How to activate

1. Fill in the details for the power of attorney and pay. The finished document and instructions arrive by email.
2. Check the details in the power of attorney. If you spot an error, write to us before printing and we will correct it.
3. Have your signature certified on two copies by a notary in Slovakia. Abroad, a Slovak embassy or consulate or a local notary with an apostille can do this.
4. If you are submitting an application now, attach one copy to it and send the other to us. In all other cases, send us both and the partner attorney will submit the power of attorney.

From then on, letters about your case go to the partner attorney and you receive their scans.

Payment and format

€259 for 12 months. You can pay once or set up a subscription that renews every year and can be cancelled at any time.

Online, no office visits. Our partner attorneys speak English, and you can also communicate in Slovak or Russian.
