This service is most commonly used for residence permit applications and renewals, as well as permanent residence in Slovakia. It also applies to citizenship proceedings and other administrative cases that take longer than a month to process.

Once the power of attorney is submitted to the relevant authority, all official correspondence in your case is directed to the attorney. You receive scans of every letter with clear guidance — nothing important gets missed.

What is included

• 12 months of correspondence monitoring — all official communication in your case goes through the attorney.
• Scan of every letter — with a brief explanation of what arrived and whether any action is needed.
• Case status inquiry — if your case has been under review longer than expected, the attorney submits a formal request to the authority and clarifies the current status.
• If more is needed — once the situation is clear, we will let you know what to do next. If an appeal, document preparation, or other legal support is required — we will suggest the right option.

How to activate

1. Pay through the secure payment gateway — the power of attorney with your details is generated automatically.
2. Check the details in the document and print 2 copies.
3. Have your signature notarised.
4. Submit the power of attorney to the authority (and deliver the second copy to us) — from that point, all correspondence in your case is received by the attorney.
